FAQs
Q. How should I dress?
A. Concert attire is casual. There is nothing formal about the event this year. Check the weather, dress comfortably and bring a jacket for this outdoor event. Practical footwear is preferred, as there is a good bit of walking, and the event is located on a grass field for dinner and the show.
Q. Where will I sit?
A. Bring your bag chair and pick your favorite spot (no seating is provided on the concert field).
Q. Can I bring a cooler?
A. No, coolers are not allowed.
Q. Are there shuttles available?
A. Yes, shuttles will be available on site to move you from the Legacy Lodge and remote parking lots to the concert field.
Q. How is dinner served?
A. ‘cue Barbecue will provide a served buffet meal. Your meal and a non-alcoholic beverage are included with your ticket. If you would like to sit and eat, there will be a large meal tent (tables accommodate 8 people each). These tables are not reserved, but are there for you to take a few mins to enjoy your meal. They are sanitized after each use. Otherwise, many return to their bag chairs to eat with family and friends.
Q. What if I require ADA assistance to access the concert field?
A. Please contact Laura Beth Brock at 770-298-1926 prior to your arrival and we’ll be happy to assist you.
